I am
at peace all the time, working or while resting. I feel no fear, because this
is what I have understood. The One Lord, Waheguru is Master and protector of
all of us. He is aware of the inner soul of all living beings. I sleep
without worry, and I awake without worry. You, O God, are pervading
everywhere. I dwell in peace within,
and I am at peace outside. Says Nanak, the Guru has implanted His Mantra
within me.
